We use trusted South African courier partners for nationwide delivery. Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within:

Estimated delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier backlogs, strikes, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Delivery Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and delivery instructions are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is seized or held by authorities for any reason, SlimGeniX assumes no responsibility, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Discreet Packaging
All products are shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging for your privacy. There will be no visible mention of the product type or nature on the exterior of the package.
Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address provided
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees or will receive a refund excluding shipping costs and a handling fee. Refunds or re-shipments are only processed once the returned parcel is received and inspected.

Tracking Your Order
