No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Returns

SlimGeniX maintains a strict no refund and no return policy on all products sold through our online store.

This includes but is not limited to:

Peptides
Fat-loss products
Injectable or consumable supplements
Any item intended for ingestion, injection, or bodily use

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, under any circumstances including dissatisfaction, adverse reactions, shipping delays, or ordering errors.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Product Safety & Hygiene: Due to the medical-grade and biological nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, even on unopened items. This ensures the integrity, sterility, and safety of all stock.
Custom Handling & Compliance: Many of our products are temperature-sensitive, regulated, or require special handling. Once dispatched, they are considered compromised for resale.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct product selection, shipping details, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement (not a refund) only in cases where:

You received the incorrect item due to a clear error on our part
Your item was damaged prior to courier dispatch (not during transit) and you notify us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos as proof

In such cases, any replacement is offered at our discretion, and SlimGeniX reserves the right to deny any request not meeting our criteria.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

Courier or customs delays
Lost or stolen parcels
Seized, opened, or confiscated packages
Incorrect address or delivery details submitted by the customer
Uncollected or refused deliveries
Adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with product results
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
